North Carolina’s Small Business Community Endorses Rep. Patrick McHenry for Re-Election

RALEIGH, N.C. (Sept. 29, 2022) – The National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB), the nation’s leading small business advocacy organization, endorsed Rep. Patrick McHenry for re-election to the United States House of Representatives to represent North Carolina’s 10th Congressional District.

“Congressman McHenry has been a reliable voice for North Carolina’s small businesses in Congress,” said Gregg Thompson, NFIB North Carolina State Director. “He has advocated for small business owners in the face of new and difficult regulations from the Department of Treasury. He has consistently voted with small businesses, earning a 100% NFIB voting record for this term, and was named an NFIB Guardian of Small Business. We know Congressman McHenry will continue to be a small business supporter and are pleased to endorse him for re-election.”

“Congressman McHenry understands our members’ concerns and has been a dependable ally for them in Congress,” said Sharon Sussin, NFIB Senior National Political Director. “He has voted against raising taxes on small businesses and has supported legislation that would grow the small business economy. We look forward to continuing to work with him.”

The endorsement is issued from NFIB FedPAC, NFIB’s political action committee. NFIB FedPAC is funded by voluntary contributions by NFIB members over and above their membership dues. Decisions made by the NFIB FedPAC are managed by a member-driven grassroots evaluation.
