New York Small Business Community Endorses Chairwoman Elise Stefanik for Re-Election

ALBANY, N.Y. (Aug. 5, 2024) – The National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB), the nation’s leading small business advocacy organization, endorsed Representative Elise Stefanik for re-election to the U.S. House of Representatives to represent New York’s 21st Congressional District.

“Chairwoman Elise Stefanik is a champion for New York’s small businesses,” said Ashley Ranslow, NFIB New York State Director. “As a NFIB Guardian of Small Business, her voting record stands strong at 100%. She is an original co-sponsor of the Main Street Tax Certainty Act, which is crucial for small business owners in our state as it avoids a massive tax hike by making the Small Business Deduction permanent. We are confident Chairwoman Stefanik will continue to support the small business economy, and we are proud to endorse her for re-election today.”

“Chairwoman Stefanik is a reliable voice for Main Street in Congress,” said Sharon Sussin, NFIB Senior National Political Director. “Through her continued leadership, she has been instrumental in bringing the issues our members care about to the forefront of Congress. Chairwoman Stefanik is a trusted ally, and we look forward to continuing to work with her.”

The endorsement is issued from NFIB FedPAC, NFIB’s political action committee. NFIB FedPAC is funded by voluntary contributions by NFIB members over and above their membership dues. Decisions made by the NFIB FedPAC are managed by a member-driven grassroots evaluation.
