NFIB Illinois PAC Endorses Legislators with Pro-Small Business Voting Records

NFIB IL PAC announced its first round of state legislative endorsements today, featuring incumbents with proven track records of standing up for small businesses in Springfield.

“Small businesses face a challenging economic and regulatory environment,” said Noah Finley, Illinois State Director for NFIB. “Inflation, workforce shortages, and governmental mandates continue to hamper local job creators, discouraging investment in local communities across the state. These lawmakers have demonstrated that they understand the challenges that small-business owners face.”

Incumbent endorsements are based on the NFIB Illinois Voting Record, which scores legislators’ votes on key issues impacting small businesses. Current lawmakers must achieve at least a 70% score on the voting record to be considered for endorsement. The NFIB IL PAC Board—comprised of small-business owners from across the state—considers and approves state legislative endorsements.

NFIB represents over 10,000 small and independent businesses throughout Illinois.
