The NFIB Missouri PAC endorsement was announced at a campaign event at NFIB member small business Red Wheel Bike Shop.
This week at a campaign event at NFIB member small business Red Wheel Bike Shop in Jefferson City, the NFIB Missouri PAC endorsed Lt. Gov. Mike Kehoe for Governor.
During the event, NFIB State Director Brad Jones praised Kehoe’s leadership in both the private and public sectors and urged all Missourians to support pro-small business candidates this November.
“Lt. Gov. Mike Kehoe has always been a friend to small business. As a long-time NFIB member and small business owner, Mike understands the challenges our business community faces. He knows what it’s like to sign both sides of a check and has carried that perspective into public office. Mike has consistently supported policies and reforms that make it easier for our family-owned businesses to raise wages, invest in their communities, and thrive. At a time when inflation continues to take a toll on employers and working families alike, it’s never been more important to send strong champions of Main Street Missourians to Jeff City. I’m proud to support Lt. Gov. Mike Kehoe for Governor and urge all Missourians to support pro-small business candidates this November.”
Early voting begins September 24. The voter registration deadline is Saturday, October 19. Election Day is Tuesday, November 5. For more information on voter registration and other FAQs, visit the Secretary of State’s website.
The NFIB Missouri PAC endorsement puts considerable grassroots support of the state’s small businesses behind Kehoe’s campaign. Small business owners and their employees vote in large numbers and are known for actively recruiting friends, family members, and acquaintances to go to the polls.
NFIB’s political support is based on the candidates’ positions and records on key small-business issues.
