On October 10th, NFIB in New York hosted a virtual event for our members to learn more about the new salary transparency law. The presentation given by Eli Freedberg, Counsel at Littler, focused on the state’s new salary transparency law, which went into effect on Sept. 17th. Certain New York State employers are required to include salary ranges in job postings, transfer, and promotion opportunities.
