Your chance to champion small business issues with Indiana lawmakers
NFIB’s Small Business Day at the Indiana Capitol will be held on March 6, 2019. This event offers an opportunity to meet face to face with lawmakers, network with other business owners, and to let NFIB know your small business concerns. Members from around the state are invited to join us in Indianapolis and help policymakers learn more about the obstacles you face.
The day starts with briefings on current state legislative proposals impacting small business, and a federal update from our NFIB team from Washington, D.C. All state lawmakers are invited to our lunch at the state Capitol, and we will honor those named Guardians of Small Businesses based on their voting records. After lunch, participants can also choose to meet with their own legislator one-on-one or take a tour of the Statehouse. The program concludes with a powerhouse meeting with legislative leaders, House Speaker Brian Bosma and President Pro Tempore Rodric Bray.
