ALBANY, N.Y. (June 22, 2020) — The National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB), the nation’s leading small business advocacy organization, today endorsed Elise Stefanik for re-election to the United States House of Representatives to represent New York’s 21st Congressional District.
“Elise Stefanik is a proven champion for New York’s small businesses,” said Greg Biryla, NFIB’s New York State Director. “Her voting record stands strong, and we are confident that she will continue to support the issues and priorities that small business owners in our state care about, such as deregulation, making small business tax relief permanent, and reopening. On behalf of small businesses in New York’s 21st Congressional District, we are proud to endorse Elise Stefanik for re-election to the U.S. House of Representatives.”
Elise Stefanik has earned an 88% NFIB voting record for the 116th Congress.
“Elise Stefanik’s voting record speaks volumes,” said NFIB National Political Director Sharon Sussin. “She continues to be a strong supporter of small businesses in New York and across the country. We are glad to endorse Stefanik today for re-election, and we look forward to continuing to work with her in the U.S. House of Representatives.”
Elise Stefanik’s endorsement today comes from NFIB FedPAC, the organization’s political action committee. NFIB FedPAC is funded by NFIB member donations above membership dues. Decisions made by NFIB FedPAC are managed by a member driven grassroots evaluation process. Small business owners are influential in their communities and NFIB members in New York will work hard to re-elect Elise Stefanik to Congress.
